Cancellations / Late Policy
If you need to cancel your private training session, please confirm your cancellation via email or phone within 24 hours prior to your scheduled start time to avoid forfeiting your training session. All unused training sessions will expire 60 days after purchase and are non-refundable.
No Call / No Show Penalties
Please arrive on time and ready for your training session.

Rescheduling A Training Session
If you need to reschedule a training session you have up to two weeks of the scheduled training session to reschedule or your training session to avoid forfeiting that session
