Welcome to your Pride Boot Camp. I’m your fitness instructor Ashley LaMorte. The purpose is to bring our queer community together in an encouraging, empowering, enjoyable environment with fitness. My style of training has always been to create workouts that are attractive to all fitness levels, adaptable to any environment, while pushing yourself to your limits.
WHAT TO EXPECT:
Each class session will involve cardio, agility, strength, core, and balance. Any fitness levels are welcome. Each class will include a warm up, functional training session, and end with a cool down. Every 4 weeks I create a new achievable fitness challenge for you to concur.
